It is always so funny to me when children choose to dress themselves or perhaps not dress themselves. Maisy, Wyatt, and James Henry love clothes...they have no big fashion statements to make, but they like wearing clothes. Aside from the fact that Wyatt refuses to wear underwear, such a special boy, I have never really struggled with the children wanting to wear clothes. Yes, the boys go topless in the summer time...but what boy doesn't? (Maisy and I get so envious of them when it is super hot out!) So, it was a new thing for me to have a child that not only cares about what she wears but also prefers to be nakey butt or simply put. Naked. No Pants. Sometimes. No. Underwear.

This isn't so bad, really. Yesterday I caught her bouncing on the trampoline, with the neighbor kids, and she was commando. Nakey butt jumping all over that trampoline. Good thing the neighbor boy has sisters, he wasn't too shocked...
Not only that but she insists on picking out her own clothing (when she is dressed) and changes her clothes at least 5 times a day. It is so frustrating. Just another way that Violet is asserting her independence.
Oh, and she's also abusive to her babydolls. She is forever saying, "SHAME ON YOU" and spanking them...or putting them in her bed and pointing her finger and yelling, "YOU ARE SO BAD! YOU KNOW BETTER!" Hmmm....Is this what I look like as a mom? Cause I'm scared.
She is also still swearing like a sailor still. Lots of "Ahole" and "Penis" and her most favorite thing to do is say, "JAMES HURT ME!" or "MAISY HURT ME!" of "WYATT HURT ME" when said sibling is nowhere around. She's a sneaky little shit.
She can fake a cry like no one's business. With her ability for acting and the no pants thing I'm getting a big worried that she might be headed for a career in show biz...and the not so lady like kind.
